If we did something similar - all filed small claim and regular lawsuits at the same time, naming both the local governments who stole out taxes for something that hurt us (think riots etc) and also individuals in the government it would force them to literally bankrupt themselves fighting a swarm of lawsuits.
Why don't we do what the left do and send thousands of letters to banks about how we'll boycott if they keep doing business with (insert random lefty business here - keep it small at first to start making momentum)
