Colonel Waldron reported in the hearings their "white hat" hackers were logged into the Dominion voting machines on election day. At the very least they saw what information was going over the network if not saw everything.
The Director of National Intelligence will release his report as late as Friday as part of the Executive Order on Foreign Interference in a United States Election. If Trump wanted the report before the electors voted, he would have put an earlier time than the "45 days" time limit, or he'd say, "Ratcliffe, I need that report now!"
It appears Trump wants a specific series of events to unfold. If he's letting the crooks "hang themselves," then maybe allowing the electors to vote adds more conspirators and/or charges. Maybe he's waiting for Kamala to resign her Senate seat as an added bonus! :-)

They have very little because the bulk of the fraud occurred on the non local servers which we have an image of, and reverse engineered the firmware of. We actually have the master firmware because it was accidentally left in Antrim County. If they were running packet sniffers they may have some of my data however, I would assume any good white hat even with the machines on paper supposedly not having any connectivity past local networks, I would assume they probably did look.
The silver bullet data I have is comprised of the master firmware’s final update (dated November 22nd, 2020), the original master firmware (dated Sept. 28th, 2020) which was used in the election on Nov. 3rd (erases the weighting of the races, and connections to all non local servers). And an image of the non local server, which had logs of inbound and outbound connections, among “other” things, and an image of the Dominion 5.5 system used locally.

For question 1, Trump is really in zero control of the release, it started as a lawsuit about a marijuana referendum, and once certain things were witnesses myself and several other I.T professionals were called in to Antrim County for an 8 hour physical forensic audit. While Trump campaign members are aware of this data and its findings, if the judge holds this data which is of grave national importance of our countries securities hostage, it could easily be buried away.
For question 2, I know the risks, I know the potential outcomes, I have weighed them heavily. But the level of personal security I took in retrieving my own copy will be literally impossible to verify who did what when the machines also had inbound and outbound connections to Siberia, Kazakhstan, Iran, and even news outlets providing election results.
At worse, I would admit it was me and gladly go to jail to provide the American people with data that is of the highest national importance since Edward Snowden. This isn’t a video of suspicion or what have you, it’s cold hard data of 100% fraud of foreign adversaries controlling our election. If they were to place any legal burden on any of my fellow professionals I would admit my guilt and let the data speak for itself.
I am still heavily hoping the judge does the right thing and allows for a FULL release of the findings. I also am still weighing the gravity of my potential actions, but I know I will not allow this election to be stolen without this data being available to the American public, I’m aware it may change nothing, but at least I can know I wasn’t a coward.
I read the beginning and skimmed the rest. What is claimed is way too many ballots went to adjudication, where votes were miscounted, and there were no logs of who adjudicated. Interestingly, there was no claim of automatic conversion by 26%.
Please read the document in entirety, the document states as I said the votes were weighted, the option in DDS was enabled, the firmware update changed that, again referenced in the document. I said the presidential election was weighted by 26%, this is a preliminary report only referencing the marijuana and school board votes as the judge allowed. Everything I said down to even the dates are correct.
Also, 26% is the weighting. If you send me a 999 Trump ballots and 1 Biden ballot on these machines, the change rate will be higher than 26% as it would be needed to change 63.99% of the vote to have Biden up 26%.

Now that I read the whole paper, I see that the Ranked Choice Voting Algorithm was applied to those adjudicated ballots to apply a weighting like you mention. Where I'm still confused is this: did the RCVA cause ballots to be marked for adjudication or was RCVA only applied to ballots that went to adjudication (for some other reason)?

There’s also multiple traps in it where data was left out, so that when John Polous testifies tomorrow and they ask him questions based on our findings, depending on some of his answers, he may trap himself where he cannot get out of it no matter how hard he tries.

The way I read the EO, it appears the assessment with supporting documentation must be delivered within 45 days of the conclusion of the election.
I meant Team Trump could have more information than we know (seems highly likely).
