Agreed as well. A guy who exposes dragnet spying on citizens of this great nation by a corrupt gov is no enemy of mine. I never viewed him as a traitor. Last I checked, most pedes are here for liberty and freedom, not a tyrannical government.

Indeed! And Boom!!! That's what I call a mic drop!! 😮

How many thousands of American patriots have been killed because of Dick Cheney's corruption and greed?!

How many millions of foreign men, women and children have been killed by Dick Cheney's corruption and greed?!

nah. but i think people who hate snowden are good blow job fluffers of W bush and barry O though. pathetic how snowden told the whole world about the corruption of the Bush & Obama presidencies and instead you got bush and obama cocksuckers attacking only snowden. it was similar to how dems got angry at 'muh russia' in 2016 instead of getting angry at the DNC and hillary/podesta after the emails were released.

Exactly. Snowden fell on his sword for truth and patriotism.

UPVOTE THIS!!!! Crude but absolutely 100% truth!

I still don’t like Snowden and for good reason. I did like him, but he is wildly critical of Trump and his reasoning is paper thin. What he did was great, but he is a bleeding heart lefty with TDS.

There is a handful of people in history I've changed my stance on.

Yeah, in retrospect, Joe McCarthy was one of the good guys.

So she is framing her tweet to make it look more damaging than it actually is.

The only real issue with what Snowden did was that it gave the names of foreign assets (aka spies) working overseas. This potentially put people's lives at risk. Even Snowden admits he kinda screwed up on that front and that he should have redacted names before handing it over to the media.

That being said, the media should have also done their part to redact names, so they kind of screwed up as well.

HOWEVER....

1: It did NOT expose our secrets to China or Russia. Hell, it would have been a shock to China and Russia if they found out we didn't have these kinds of operations going on.

2: The government doesn't care about the foreign assets we have overseas. Hell, most government officials didn't even know these spies existed, and certainly don't care about their safety. They only care that they lost a pawn on the chessboard.

3: The only reason our government officials are pissed off is because it woke more of our citizens up and made our puppet masters look bad.

4: The "Whistle Blower" (aka Voldemort) tried to get POTUS impeached with false claims. He was directly committing sedition, and the save government stooges who think Snowden is a traitor, will call Voldemort a hero. It's all smoke and mirrors.

Oh yeah, I completely agree. I am not saying Snowden is a bad guy, or that I don't agree with what he did. I'm just giving the broader context of what happened so that people can see the fucked up framing that people like Liz Cheney use to demonize Snowden.

He didn't end up dead for it, so I think he handled it the best he could, and better than most. I think most of the smart ways he could have handled it would have gotten him Seth Rich'd.

No I never thought he was a traitor. Because I’ve been awake for the last 20yrs

Russian and chinese?

He gave the info to Glen Greenwald, who gave it to us.

How the fuck does letting the people know that the NSA is gathering all of our phone data putting our troops and nation at risk?

When dems say they hate Republicans, I tell them

"Good, your halfway there"

Snowden's dump was cherry picked to find this, which was used to push "US military are war criminals" propaganda:

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2010/apr/05/wikileaks-us-army-iraq-attack

Then he ran away to Russia:

Nope. He was a traitor doing the wrong thing for the commie Brennan C_A...

Benjamin 1 point ago +1 / -0

Never thought he was a traitor, but I think there is a possibility he is actually working for another one of the Alphabet agencies. I could be wrong, but that's my hunch.

I always believed Snowden was acting in the best interests of what America is supposed to be.

Pardon Julian.

I can admit when I'm wrong. I thought he was a bad guy because I thought the really powerful people in this country actually cared about America. Ha ha.

Out of 1.5 million stolen documents, one proved to be mildly useful and told us something we all already knew. Hang him.

The abuses of power that Snowden revealed that Obama was doing was a greater scandal than several watergates combined.

It should have ended with obama's impeachment.

Always thought of him as one who exposed traitors.

1
Lordahdaring 1 point ago +1 / -0

Frankly I'm not sure he can be classified as a traitor any more than the people who classified all that irrelevant puerile bull crap that is what the DC insiders call "communication" and "opinions"

Snowden just made it abundantly clear what should have been clear for decades, that DC attracts the worst of the worst when it comes to amateurs parading as professionals and experts.

Never.

Snowden should have been pardoned years ago. He is a Patriot.

1

Always felt he did the right thing. I thought the day the Snowden leaks dropped was the end of the deep state. I was wrong and they tripled down and won.
