According to the order, the office of the director of national intelligence (Ratcliffe) has up to 45 days from election day to deliver the "phase 1" report to POTUS. From that point, POTUS and friends have 45 days to work on "phase 2"
Some of us believe that Ratcliffe delivered the Phase 1 report to POTUS at the Army-Navy game while POTUS was seated with Ratcliffe and a bunch of the brass. Which means POTUS is already probably working on Phase 2, and knowing the kind of guy he is, he probably already did a significant portion of his share of the phase 2 work weeks ago.
We aren't going to see everything that's happening right now, guys. Some of it is going to be kept whisper-quiet, classified, behind closed doors. Because of leftist normie rioting. The News has too much power to burn down this country. I believe this EO lets POTUS shut them down if they are suspected of working with the enemy. We'll see. Yeah, that's one thing I caught on to as well, they have up to 45 days to deliver the report, that doesn't mean they can't deliver it earlier.
