  1. File > New Database
  2. Make a name and save
  3. 'Cancel' on the 'edit table' popup that comes next (if have one).
  4. File > Import > Table from CSV file...
  5. Pick the csv file you downloaded and select the checkbox for "Column names in first line" then "ok"
