Luciferase is named after the firefly from which the bioluminescent protein is derived from because the latin word for light-bringer is Lucifer. Essentially, this experiment is used to double check that a protein of interest has been correctly added into a biological system. It is standard use in a wide range of labs and lab settings and wasn't made specifically for the Moderna vaccine.

There is also an optimization process to determine the best concentration of luciferase as it is different in every experiment based on the model animal, specific protein which the luciferase is bound to, etc. 66.6 is within the range of normalcy for this type of test.

Kinda funny though. 🐸

I cannot find a full report on the study besides a few sites posting that image ; however, it is not past the demon worshippers to drop hints in plain sight. I would be honestly surprised if that was coincidence.

Yeah, you can make it up, because it is made up. Find a source if you can.
