Here it says men suppress the truth. The truth of what? The knowledge about God.

This knowledge they have about God, Paul says, is evident within them. But how?
for God made it evident to them.
This is how. God Himself made this knowledge about Him evident to them. You mean God did? How?

They understand through creation. They just suppress the truth in unrighteousness. In reality they have no excuse. There are no real atheists. None have ever existed.

All of the available evidence shows that we live in a material universe with no need for the existence of a god for it to function, and in fact there is no evidence for the existence of a god within this universe.
Likewise, all of the evidence shows that the Democrats committed widespread voter fraud to change the results of the election, and in fact there is no evidence to suggest that Biden had eighty million legitimate voters.
Logically there has to be something that created our universe. Even if you believe in the big bang theory something had to set that in motion. God perhaps?
Why god and not Allah, Odin, Baal, or any of the other thousands of gods other than your own? If there is a diety that set things in motion and then abandoned the universe to its own whims, then by what basis do you declare it to be your god?
If the only claim you can make for the existence of your god is that it is YOUR god, then you cannot make that claim at all.

He doesn't abandon the universe to its own whims, He's in complete control of it. Always has been.
You are quoting a book pieced together by Roman politicians at the Council of Nicea in 325. It was pieced together from writings made over the course of the previous three thousand years before that by sheep herders and nomads. They decided to pick and choose what parts they liked, and they even included in new things from Hellenic Paganism to make it more appealing to the Roman people.
It is not proof of anything. It is a good book, but using bible passages as evidence for the existence of God is like using Plato's writings as proof of the existence of Atlantis.
The evidence for you is everywhere, clearly seen through what's been made. God has made it evident to you.
Then God has done a very, very, very good job at hiding it. It is almost as if he has gone out of his way to disguise his actions as natural processes, to the point where the only basis one could have to believe in his existence is faith alone.

Look, I am aware of Christian doctrine and I have more respect for it than your average Atheist. I am trying to be charitable here, and this is all I have to say:
If there is a God, then he has made the world work through natural processes and has done such a perfect job of it that he has left nary a clue of intelligent design in his work. He did this so that no evidence or proof of his existence could be found, and thus one could only adhere to belief in him out of faith.
Faith in God is a righteous virtue, but it is simply one that I do not have.
