Ok mate, Im not in your mind so obviously I cannot fully understand the place that you are in, I do understand that you are under a lot of pressure and pressure has built to an extent where you are having trouble handling it, as much as I can feel your pain I can only imagine the difficulty that you are experiencing. To be at the place where you are now, can I take a guess and say that there are also issues in your personal life, and that all of this just added to the struggle? If you have issues in your personal life, are there things you can start doing that you have been avoiding? If you create a plan and take one step at a time within your plan, you will be that much closer to your goal with every day and it will no longer be overwhelming.
As far as macro situation of the country, believe it or not I see it as a positive and a negative at the same time. Negative for the obvious reason that you have mentioned. Now, the positive is that we have tens of millions who are waking up to the whole charade, more people are beginning to see that for the most part government has grown too much and that many aspects of it need to be abolished, and compared to the way it used to be, where most of the populace saw government as "just the way it should be, and as something positive," now, it is much easier to convince others that government is an enslaver. Well, that is just how I see it, hope you agree, as it will be much easier to fight when you have tens of millions on your side, finally.

3. Notice your inner monologue, which is that voice that you use to direct yourself through your day, get quieter and your deep inner conscience arise. Listen to it.

Many people confuse their inner monologue with their conscience. Here is the easy way to tell the two apart:

1. You direct your inner monologue. It’s a product of your will. You control it.

2. Your conscience comes to you from God. It’s is literally the voice of God. It’s never wrong, it knows you intimately, it only loves you, it doesn’t judge or criticize or shame, and it’s you. It’s god and it’s you. It is your god-self.

Another way to recognize it? Understand Jesus. Know that it is He who’s speaking to you when you’re listening to Him like this. Take comfort in His care. He will never, ever, let you down!
