Half of these I'd be ok with if I didn't think they'd be selectively enforced. No penalties for no drivers licenses? Stop paying renewal fees. Drinking in public? Fine. Drug possession? Fine. Possession of a weapon? Should be encouraged imo.
I'd be ok with most of these going away if they would pass castle doctrine and stand your ground laws. Maximum freedom, maximum personal responsibility. If you get drunk and try to fight someone and get rekt that's your problem.
Yeah, except you know good snd damn well they will not push castle doctrine and in fact will prob go out of their way to increase prosecution of people who defend their homes.
