If SolarWinds client-side agent was updated enough to understand core aspects of the Voting software itself. Then SolarWinds could infact be the smoking gun for how the election was stolen.
Totally speculating. First instinct is SolarWinds agent is not going to understand voting software. It is more designed to monitor and control more standardized and widely used services.. like SQL.
