I'm not absolving Russia. I'm just asking how the fuck can someone keep accusing one party of doing something that they themselves are also doing, and pretending that only one side has the moral right to do so.
Russia is much less bad than the uniparty. Russia is a regional player at best and is minimally subversive in terms of its cultural undermining of the Christian civilization. The only thing making it a wider threat is nukes and vast natural wealth + sheer territory. Economy is frail. Population insufficient. Putin doesn't have hegemonic ambitions like the uniparty. He just wants to make his own backyard work, and it's quite hard given the inherited shitshow which came to be after USSR blew up. Oddly enough, his path and Trump's path are relatively similar. The US is just on the verge of a different type of shattering event, but the ramifications could very well be the same.
