Just because Putin is anti-globalist, he is not a friend.

He is the highest degree sociopath. His record of achievements includes:

  • No free press. Journalists are being killed
  • Initiation and participation of the wars (Ukraine, Georgia). War criminal
  • Corrupts neighbouring countries and their politicians (using Gazprom)
  • No freedoms, no liberties, and complete state control over the things that matter
  • No free trade. Bullying and attempt of making neighboring countries submissive.
  • False flags: killed his own citizens to start a war in Chechnya
  • Political opponents are being killed or exiled regularly
  • Highest corruption in the highest levels
  • Made himself de facto king
  • A product of communist USSR deep state - KGB
  • Cryptocurrencies were on par with narcotics and terrorism in Russia
  • Putin and Russia are brainwashing that small neighboring states such as Moldova, Estonia are the enemies, however, he is seeking for friendship and alliances with corrupt NWO politicians in Germany and France.
  • You need to register to use the internet in Russia, so no free speech or information search. The opposition is Controlled. ... and the list continues.

While Putin is a nationalist, his ideals are exactly opposite to those of USA.

Fuck Putin, Fuck his corrupt Government, Fuck stupid Russian propaganda.

No it wasn't.

The people in between Russia and the West are not neutral pawns. There are countless poll in all of the countries, and everywhere the people want more to get away from Russian influence. They know the agitation, assassinations, constant military threats, constant propaganda.

Russia has always been the greater threat to them.

In Estonia, Russia shipped in busloads of hooligans to wreak havoc (kind of like anti-fa but more violent) when they moved a Soviet statue.

In Latvia, Russia tried to leverage a small racial group - the Latgales - to create a separatist movement. Very similar to how they did in Georgia and E Ukraine.

So why dont you forget then the fact that both Estonia and Latvia right after secession basically nullified all rights for people that were already 3 generations born into the country, their ancestors moved their mostly against their will (by респределение) and provided no easy way for them to be naturalized (except tossing aside their national identity at all)?Come on, they are not as fluffy and kind as you paint them. Thay actively WANTED and SEEKED to antagonize Russia and their Russian part of population.

Imagine the environment at the end of 90s. Yeltsin is getting tired and uncapable to govern. Russia just lost chechen war (we lost, that's truth). Nothern Caucaus republics are walking bomb waiting to explode with a lot of armed insurgents walking around. Tatarstan and Bashkortostan openly expressing will to secede (they have oil and can sustain themself). Every national region have their own local ruler in charge who does whatever fuck he wants. crime: Territories eastern to Ural are wild west. Heroin is everywhere. Crime gangs are in power, initial stage of shootouts just stopped, money was laundered and those crooks gained enough capital to want to settle and be in power. International and economy: СНГ is a shitshow. World Bank wants to give funding and in return wants russia to conclude "liberal reforms". Foreign capital is seeking to take control of most of Russian economy sector.

Now what would YOU fucking do in that environment? Stabilize at any cost. Cut the losses, get rid of external debts. Introduce funding and centralize law enforcement. And build up upon that. I am sure that there was a lot of things we dont know of. But he did right - he saved the country. In 2019 before china flu hit I was talking to friends I was happy to see small-scale manufacturing companies starting around, run by Russians, producing quality Russian-made products. Media portrayed it as fucking disaster when in fact everybody was earning more than ever.

Go and hide Russian apologist, muh Russia lover.

You can write a long text with excuses. You have never touched or addressed the points that I have made.

What you fail to notice that all you do is defend Russian state and government, while failing to notice that Russian people are under a similiar spell, under control of zombo-box, similarly to CNN, MSNBC and other.

You are just not honest.

Do not bring Russia to this forum again.

I see you resorted to personal attacks and are speaking on behalf of everybody on TDW now. Makes your argument stronger, does it?

No intention to attack personally. Sorry if it came that way.

All in all, Putin is not an ally of the USA or the free world.

He is staunchly against freedoms and liberties, and it is maddening to see bots defending Putin and apologizing for him. True doublethink standard.

For one, lots and lots of guns.
In all seriousness though, just because it is America, it is not guaranteed that these things won't happen.
What is guaranteed -- and this is what we're observing -- is that these things will be handled differently.

Compare and contrast:
Exhibit A: the first openly fraudulent election in Russia was in 2011 (Congress election), 60,000 citizens infuriated by blatant cheating marched in Moscow and a number of other cities.
Result: multiple arrests and long prison sentences, zero consequences for powers-that-be followed by 2012 and 2018 brazenly fraudulent presidential elections and a 2020 "referendum" that "zeroed out" Putin's time in office, so he'll remain there for life.

Exhibit B: the first openly fraudulent election in the US: worldwide chatter, "nothing's over," and we'll definitely pull through (unless the leftists start executing people in broad daylight, I surmise).

The difference is the system. The US is not a land of prosperity and opportunity because nothing bad ever happens here -- it is because it's been rationally designed to withstand attacks on its system of governance and its people.
