There's a bit more behind that. Netscape had an internet suite of tools called Netscape communicator but it never really caught on, this is what Seamonkey built on. Their browser was Netscape Navigator.

I used Seamonkey for a good few years, and if you get past the slightly stale look it's actually quite decent (or at least was 2 years ago when I last used it)
