Depends. I’m seeing when you aren’t logged into your profile, everything works. When you are logged in everything is broken. Something is happening

Its worldwide if you are logged in or not using incognito browser and a few other exceptions

It looks like the login/authorization servers are compromised hence people can access as long as they are not logged in.

That's because they have redundant backbone failover, if transport layers is down it will reroute the traffic to the appropriate servers..

They have advanced load balancing technology so that you always get a speedy experience that's up 99% of the time..

The inventor of the internet was a really smart dude and they thought of this a long time ago.. IT's actually REALLY hard to take down the entire internet.. If it wasn't we would it go down every 5 minutes.
