The interns and wizards fresh out of online certification do! At least once, before they have a discussion with a grown-up called their boss as to why that's not a good idea. I am going to respectfully have to disagree with you here.... only because it's possible the someone who wanted to send a message to boys and girls at Gulag that they are next might have "helped with the server reconfiguration".

What's really interesting is that, according to downdetector, TikTok went down one hour before Google, and came back up again. Like a test run.
