Could it be? ...The PotUS is going through the motions to A. show a good faith effort to do things the easy way and B. let more rats expose themselves/ panic, get sloppy, etc. in front of more of the public.

And then if the easy way fails and we have to do it the hard way.., Military tribunals for everyone, broadcast live, every bit of evidence going out to the public via Emergency Broadcast System or our publicly funded NPR / PBS.
