That's every single cop/soldier that pathetically uses that excuse of "following orders." If you're okay with following those orders, you're evil. If you're not okay with it, yet you go along still (whatever other excuse you're using to allow them to control you), you're evil. If you're really not okay with it and just scared, well now you're like one of those tiny demon creatures....still evil, just too much of a pussy to do any real harm. There's is no being "Good" while remaining on the side of Evil, start disobeying orders or become enemies of the people.

I don’t think it’s all about being evil. I think a lot of it has to do with simple psychology and propel being in fear of what could happen if they don’t listen. Check out this experiment done back in the day. It was done several times since. One was even featured on a tv show in Europe. Very interesting. https://youtu.be/mOUEC5YXV8U
