The PinePhone, Lbrem 5, Fairphone... all have a ways to go yet regarding Linux as a daily driver. If you have a Nexus 5 or a OnePlus One lying around, you can put UBPorts (Ubuntu touch) on them now and they work very well. The Pro1-X and the Cosmo Communicator are both new devices with qwerty hardware keyboards, both can run linux. Within Linux you can run "Anbox" which allows you to run Android apps... compatability is improving. If you want PC privacy, I'd recommend Qubes OS.
