Councilman Duvall has informed me that the council does not have to consider the public's opinion when making decisions. He's also informed me that they will extend the COVID ordinance over and over again for AT LEAST several months, and told me to wear one as ordered. He even gloated over Trump getting COVID, since he'd clearly come to his senses about the lung AIDS.
