Fishing waters. It's been a long standing issue with the EU. Scummy French and Spanish fishermen sneaking into our waters to fish. A Type 45 Destroyer may make them think twice.

And the French have been known to be extremely lax about checking lorries coming through the channel tunnel. Wouldn't put it past them to actually aid illegal immigrants to cross.
