I know that Europeans share similar set of halo groups with North Africans and some parts of the Horn of Africa but that is the only genetically binding relationship I can think of.
White people never evolved from African People, there are completely separate evolutionary paths. The "out of africa" theory is no longer relevant or considered scientifically sound.
They've found Siberian fossils & archeological discoveries that are closest in DNA to modern white people and predate anything that existed in Africa.
