I have no clue if the story is fake or not, but 4chan's take on it was hilarious. Its one of the main topics they are talking about on /pol/ right now.

The article didn’t say how many people developed the issue, but it did say that .5% of volunteers developed a “severe side effect”. So most people are more likely to get a severe side effect from the vaccine than they are to die from corona. So safe!

.5% is a lot when you look at vaccinating millions.

Yep. So you can get the vaccine and have a .5% chance of getting a serious side effect. Then you have to take into consideration the scaling of multiple vaccines potentially every month. That .5% is gonna come around eventually for a lot of people. How many times were these test subjects tested should be asked. There is a chance you won't even know you have covid / flu, and even if you do, the survival rate for it Trumps the risk chance of the vaccine. It's more dangerous to get the vaccine than it is to have Covid even in later age groups.

Yup which is great for red pilling lefties, as their go to retort when told that corona has a death rate of less than 1% is “that’s a lot when millions get the virus!”
