Not at levels that will materially affect you. Most everything you consume has trace levels of toxic chemicals. Water is toxic if you drink enough. Aspartame is toxic too but you would die from water poisoning before you reach it by drinking diet soda.

I hardly take the flu vaccine. Got it only once, and the year I took it I freaking got it. (Woke up one morning with balance issues/fuzzy vision, ended up.blackout out in shower, thinking I was just really dizzy. Had closed my eyes and leaned back, and thought I was leaning against wall. Ended up with my chest outside of shower and legs still in.) Yep. Flu vaccine does nothing. Haven't got it since.
