Somebody else suggested it could mean arrest. Which would make sense that anyone still not completely on board with the president within the White House might need it later on if you catch my drift

I mean with the release of the list of Chinese communist party members infiltrating all of our institutions, I can think of no better way to cure the China virus then to arrest them all.
