You can't shut down the legislature house and you can't use the police to bar access. It's the peoples building. It's literally illegal to do that and the people can retake that building by any means necessary including violence.

If that's true, Michigan people need to march down there by the hundreds/thousands, armed, and order them to stand down and surrender for detainment and prosecution. If they decline, Rules of Engagement dictate weapons free and insurrection is a hostile act of war.
