This is absolutely damning for Antrim County. Deleted logs, tampering, updates not applied, etc. Very surprising as a resident of a nearby county. We all expect our elected officials to be honest and trustworthy. They are community members we see all the time.
I'd think it depends on how they deleted the data. If they were lazy and deleted them without doing any kind of overwrite wipes, it should be trivial. If they did overwrite, it still may be possible to retrieve them but I'll admit I haven't keep up to date on data recovery capabilities.
That said, I think the points he makes are more than enough to throw out the entire election for any counties that used these machines, assuming similar findings. Page 3, Point 14 specifically because there's no way these machines could've met the certification standard.
I agree, but it doesn't seem that the courts are even willing to rule our way. There has to be at least one avenue to the Supremes that they will take and help us
Yeah, that's the maddening part since it's clear that existing laws were ignored/broken and they don't seem to care. It certainly demonstrates the wholly partisan state of our judicial system, I'm banking on the EO at this point because I don't see the SC stepping in to resolve it.

Wow.
They successfully destroyed the adjudication results for 2020...
Thank you for the un-redacted version!
Pretty damming stuff...
Basically shows they tampered with the basic setup, then with the tabulation results, and then deleted the logs showing what they had done.
Quite apart from running a server many years out of date with anti-virus 4.5 years out of date.
Where is the video that explains all of this? I can't be expected to actually read this whole thing :)
Read pages 1-4, they're a summary of the findings and they are damning!
Yes, but they were able to erase the logs and the real evidence of who did what. Any chance we can get that information back?

This report is pretty bad ass so far.
Epic
Boom
Oh wow, this is really bad.
That alone is horrible and damning.
Curious why the report date is today? Also I thought they said they would redact but they didn’t?
It says preliminary summary. I assume there may be another, larger document coming later that has redactions? Not sure.
MUCH better, thanks Pede! 👍🏻
