I'm a country boy that lived out in the SF Bay Area for about 5 years(thank god I'm out now). I had to go into the mountains literally every weekend just to avoid losing my mind. So I had a lifted/trail armored 3rd gen 4Runner that always had a coat of mud on it. People in SF were so depressed about the little shitbox priuses they had to drive, I would literally get people cheering for my truck as I drove through the city like they were children. I know that sounds like a "and then they all clapped" scenario, but it blew my mind too lol.

My favorite part was how I could be stuck in traffic and then just drive over curbs to cut over to the other side of the road. The looks I would get for doing that were pretty funny.
