Because they made too many of them during the pandemic pushing fear, and they need to continue to unload them on dumbasses so they can make their quarterly statement.
That and this is all a money funneling operation for China. Just about all their crops aside from cotton were devastated this past year and they need any excuse they can to make more useless fabric.
Those packs will only slow someone down or fuck them in the ass when they really needed good gear. I think I will pass.
That's a decent answer. I also noticed it's pushing a black owned business. Could just be pushing that.
