How "convenient". Would be a real shame is there was a backup somewhere...

colonial113 74 points ago +74 / -0

Not needed. There should be one and if there is none it doesn't comply with the record keeping requirement, hence fraudulent.

that's like a parking ticket. except the meter maid is your cousin.

This is why Arizona Maricopa county had sharpies on election day. Instant error and adjudication they all went.

Yup, this is enough evidence. All votes from dominion machines should be thrown out (Trump's too). Trump would easily carry every state that used the machines from other counties.

MNMathtic 12 points ago +12 / -0

If you throw out all Dominion votes, then GA is a 0 - 0 tie.

See. They told us there was no evidence of fraud. "You mean like with a cloth?"

PEPEpeepee 31 points ago +31 / -0

Doesn't that shit automatically infer guilt? It def should. Everyone involved needs to hang. Maybe their whole families too so no one will ever do this shit again. Purge like the shit in the old testament

20
MakeAmericaLegendary 20 points ago +20 / -0

It does infer guilt—there's a legal term for guilty by suppression of evidence, but I don't remember what it is.

I found it; it was adverse inference.

I'm learning more about civics and law in this election than I learned throughout the entirety of public education.

Clintonism...that's what its called

They could be recovered.

source?

16
x79q3pb 16 points ago +16 / -0

There's a reason Hillary and co smashed the hell out of drives. When you delete something, all you're actually doing is removing it from the index, or to visualise it easier, removed from the table of contents. A bit of forensic work can recover the data fairly easily while the drive is still intact.

3
Final212 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's assuming you know where the servers are. According to Sidney Powell, they were routed through somewhere in Germany.

7
Elseebee 7 points ago +7 / -0

You'd think that with a forensic IT team, they would have methods available to recover deleted files.

Methinks they over-wrote the data to a DOD standard just for this occasion. If you could prove that a shredder algorithm was used to over-write the blocks where the missing logs should be, that's another hard tell that somebody deliberately removed them in such a way as to make recovery impossible.

JohnMcCainsTumors 16 points ago +16 / -0

We need to round people up and fucking hang them. Soon.

13
Nameless_Mofo 13 points ago +13 / -0

Spoliation of evidence anyone?

ADVERSE INFERENCE ANYONE?

Bueller?

3
PurplePunch36 3 points ago +3 / -0

Also, adverse inference.

I'm learning a lot, this was taken from another Pede up top

10
Bono 10 points ago +10 / -0

That means evidence is gone?

16
Bundabar 16 points ago +16 / -0

Not all evidence, someone tried to unsuccessfully wipe them on 11/21 too.

The bigger piece that is missing, but is still there for prior elections, are the adjudication logs. Someone intentionally deleted the piece the could 100% confirm the fraud.

A significant piece of a puzzle just got up and vanished.

Forbidden_outcast 5 points ago +5 / -0

I read on GP where they said that it sometimes takes a while to find deleted files in a forensic snapshot of the computer, but they are still researching it

9
Yewki 9 points ago +9 / -0

Did the report confirm the machines were connected to the internet? That is prohibited by the FEC

5
Forbidden_outcast 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yes

justinjfit 2 points ago +2 / -0

not a dommer, but why would that matter? they cheated and look at where we are at.

Seruna_Kanus 9 points ago +9 / -0

Remember folks, if Biden wins because of all this record scrubbing, you can throw your W-2 and all related tax documents away the day you receive them and wing your taxes, if you do them at all. The precedent is set and you can cite these situations.

2
Elseebee 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, and you'll be sitting in the same cell they put Wesley Snipes in.

No thanks.

Not many know that Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's husband Ryan Friedrichs is part of a criminal investigation in Detroit for deleting important government emails.

Ok they were deleted. But they probably weren't scrubbed. Any piece of scandisk software should be able to read the clusters on the file system and recover the data.

maxtolerance 2 points ago +2 / -0

The dominion adjudication maintenance manual recommends defragging the disc as often as possible and at the least once per week. It also states you can configure the adjudication log to a small size and it will overwrite itself !

Data recovery

This is like a kid intercepting his report card in the mailbox before Dad gets home. Dad *always finds out.

Also: The coverup is *always worse than the crime.

3
DonewithMirrors 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's a feature

2
maxtolerance 2 points ago +2 / -0

The Dominion Adjudication Maintenance Manual, states you can specify the size of the adjudication log file, and to be “careful” not to set it too small or it will continuously overwrite itself and the adjudication logging will be lost!!! It’s a fucking feature not a design oversight!

They're depending on Republicans not growing a spine to select their own state's electors. Remove the evidence and claim it never existed. The media will support them.

2
ProudCHUMP4Trump 2 points ago +2 / -0

Where's the data and forensic report from the Germany and Spain raids ??

2
KingSweyn 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then they didn't happen. If you can't prove a vote was legitimate just months after it was cast, it wasn't cast.

Delete the people that did this. One way or another.

0
TheMemeSpiceMustFlow 0 points ago +1 / -1

Just another advantage the swamp gives to Dems. In any non-clown world deleting evidence is basically an admission of guilt. Try deleting dash cam video of a traffic accident and let the judge or insurance company find out you deleted it and see what happens. Rules for thee but not for me.

Tampering with evidence.
