No it isn't. He's a smart man, which means he has a diversified portfolio. Executives whose compensation is mostly in stock are constantly balancing the need to diversify with the need to time their stock selloffs with market highs.

Why would the market high be before administration of the highly-touted vaccines? Wouldn’t the stock increase after everyone loves Pfizer because of their “miracle drug”?

Or, wait, MAYBE he is anticipating some adverse effects from the vaccine?

What could go wrong with injecting people with aborted fetus kidney cells that manipulate and rewrite human DNA to become "immune" to C19!? It's never been properly tested on humans before. And from the limited ones that have I mean it's not like several have already died from it. Sounds like a GREAT plan to me...
