65%, then flip 12% of trump votes to biden

There is absolutely no reason to use floating point numbers when there should never be decimals. It opens a can of worms to potential problems. Just like you wouldn't use a string variable for true/false.
The fact this exists is a gigantic red flag, let alone having weighted vote counting as a feature. Its in our faces fraudulent.
How the fuck can voting software be so damn convoluted and complex? Where's the option to so a standard integer tally? No weighted values, no thresholds, no previous tie-breakers -- just straight up 1,2,3,4....etc.

All they had to do was scan defective ballots over and over and then adjudicate them in a dark room without oversight. So simple. They could have scanned the same 50 ballots all night long to achieve the same result. Just make sure there was an error on each page and then the file went to the "adjudication" folder where a human could "fix" it or change it.

Ranked choice voting is when each voter gets to rank the candidates and then you decide the winner by tallying up the first choices, seconds choices, etc and eliminating a candidate each round until you are left with the most acceptable candidate for everyone. It's nothing to do with the US election since we each only get to pick our first choice here. I think it has been tried in a few other countries locally but it's a voting procedure that is mostly favored by math nerds.
This has nothing to do with setting the error rate high to divert stuff to adjudication. Ballot batch adjudication was used to commit fraud in this election but it's nothing to do with ranked choice voting.

VA didn't switch enough votes that way & trump was going to win so they resorted to massive fraud during absentee counting.
