Procedural. His team will painstakingly identify every county in which vote theft occurred, note how it happened, and produce corrected vote totals. Where Dominion voting machines were used to switch, add, or steal votes, these votes will be invalidate or at least re-tallied.

Since public opinion has turned against the election theft, he will win.

The legislatures sent a competiting set of electors. So technically right now you have a set of Georgia electors voting for Biden and a set of Georgia electors voting for Trump. In an event such as this, next month the VP choses who to recognize.
