From what I read people are dead wrong in thinking that Mike Pence can simply not count votes he doesn't agree with, and that intuitively makes sense. Why would he be able to have that much power? I think the 2nd slate of electors really comes in to play if you have a house and senate willing to take them. We don't have that. We have cuck, RINO, uniparty people on "our side."
