Bankruptcy is a legal device used in America all the time, and many people go that route when a company fails. Companies can fail for many reasons unrelated to management. We're about to see a lot of bankruptcies due to the Chyna virus. When you are involved in as many businesses as Trump, this is not unusual, especially in service industries like hotels and casinos.
