I, for one, am sure Trump's going to be inaugurated on the 20th. What I don't understand is that the Dems and Reps who are falsely certifying the elections also know that a report is going to come out on or before the 18th of December. They also know about the EO, so why are they going ahead anyway? They do know they'll end up being prosecuted? There's a Dem logic there that I can't understand.

Because they believe they are untouchable and if the don't certify, they are essentially admitting guilt.
Either way they are fucked, but this way they can still hope and pray they pull off the steal - not going to happen.

It wouldn't surprise me if some actually don't know about it or refuse to acknowledge it, seeing as how they live in their own little make believe world. Others probably think trump wont actually do anything, considering he had said he was going to arrest hillary but never did.
