From what I know, two sets of electors (Rs and Ds) voted.

When Pence moves to certify on 1/6/2020, the Trump votes are in and Biden's will not be accepted due to fraud.

No, i believe they sent dueling electors, which if im not mistaken, means that when pence goes to count the votes of these states, he'll have 1 ballot for trump and 1 for biden, meaning he wont be able to certify either, meaning it goes to house delegation, meaning trump wins. once again, I THINK.
