So wait... how do you individually review 220k ballots? Isn't the whole point of the secret ballot to make ballots incapable of being traced back to who cast them? So while you might know if a certain voter was falsely claiming indefinite confinement, how could you know which ballot was theirs and throw it out?
WI did determine that the "confined" absentee votes will not count and that was 250k votes
