Hello,
Thank you for your recent web submission. There is much concern over this election, with its potential fraud and irregulates, unconstitutional rulings, and the process of picking of electors. In this email, I will update you with what is happening currently and where the Representative stands in these matters.
In the potential fraud, unconstitutional rulings, and picking of electors, there are several lawsuits against the Governor of Pennsylvania, his Secretary of State, and the PA Supreme Court. Some of these lawsuits have been ongoing but some have been blocked by the PA Supreme Court. This Court is made up of 5 Democrats and 2 Republicans. These 5 judges will side with the Governor and his Secretary of State who are part of the Democratic party. We need a Federal level intervention. Currently, US Congressman Mike Kelly and Candidate Sean Parnell have filed a lawsuit against Pennsylvania, in order to challenge the Act 77 ruling that allows mail-in ballots. These mail-in ballots are believed to be unconstitutional, especially by the Representative. Because this Act also changed the constitution in how voting is done, it must go before voters in the state of Pennsylvania to be approved. This Act did not go before any voters before it became law, and the only way it should be allowed to be a law is if the Representatives and Senators agree to this law, as well as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The US Supreme Court has shelved this case for the time being, but we hope they will pick it up soon. We turn our eyes and with the hopes that the US Supreme Court will pick this case up and address the wrongs that have happened.
Some have asked about why the legislators have not picked the electors or if they can withhold their pick until an audit is done. In the US Constitution, it says that the legislators will pick the electors when it comes time for the Presidential vote. However, state legislators gave this authority to the Secretary of State, in which they have the power to pick the electors and send them. In order to change this, the PA State Representatives are joining together to enact a new House Bill that gives the Representatives plenary authority to appoint Presidential Electors. When this is enacted, this will make the PA Constitution congruent with the US Constitution in the way Presidential Electors are chosen and sent.
We are continuing to fight in Pennsylvania for legal elections, constitutional rulings, and for the leaders in our State to represent their constituents and stand together for freedom as House members. This country is a republic, not a dictatorship. The Representative is fighting for these things.
Sincerely,
