I know Swing States are sending 2 sets of electors. Which ones? What does this mean as the process moves forward? Please help me be excited like everyone else...

You are a gentleman and a Scholar. What is the criteria for a contested state? Is it simply 2 sets of electors, or is it more complex?

That is my understanding. If a 51% majority of state legislatures appoint their own electors (as is their constitutional right to do) to cast votes, and the governor-certified popular electoral votes are also cast, the state is contested.
