I know Swing States are sending 2 sets of electors. Which ones? What does this mean as the process moves forward? Please help me be excited like everyone else...

PA and NV. I've heard from some that GA has also, but have not found any sources for this yet.

Having a contested state with two slates of electors means, ultimately, Pence will have the final say on those contested votes. This is disputed by some, but based on the language and president set by similar events in the past, it is more than likely this will be the case. Essentially contested states will go to Trump.

If GA has indeed done the same, the election is essentially over. Trump won.

You are a gentleman and a Scholar. What is the criteria for a contested state? Is it simply 2 sets of electors, or is it more complex?
