I want it to make the Nuremberg Trials look like Judge Judy. Every single swamp creature needs to be dragged into the light, exposed for the evil they are, and judged appropriately.

I feel like doing this alone, would free up so much money for infrastructure that would have otherwise just lined corrupt politicians pockets.
Probably have quite a few beneficial consequences.
