I want it to make the Nuremberg Trials look like Judge Judy. Every single swamp creature needs to be dragged into the light, exposed for the evil they are, and judged appropriately.

No, he shouldn’t, for several reasons. Here are three:

Remember the scatterbrained chooks in 1984, coming forward of their own volition to confess to self-imagined crimes? You would get the same thing happening with people. Innocent idiots self-incriminating under the psychological strain of a paradigm-warping situation.

As Portia says in the Merchant of Venice, mercy "becometh the crowned monarch better than his crown". If President Trump hunts down every swamp creature, including the myriad small fry, I think his stature would be diminished for perceived lack of mercy.

At the Nuremberg trials, they didn't charge and hang all the nazis, just leading representatives from each branch of society—military, politics, industry, propaganda. Simon Wiesenthal went the "hunt down every last one" route, and that was a lifelong undertaking leaving him little room for other endeavours. Joe McCarthy likewise. President Trump has the ability and opportunity to achieve many other great accomplishments. I would not like to see him give his entire devotion to an all-consuming lesser task like commie hunting that would keep him from all the other great things he can do.
