I don't think it matters that much because in order for Biden electoral votes to be nullified the House and Senate have to vote for them to be nullified and we know the House won't

Each state is given 1 vote from the house. More states are controlled by R’s than by D’s.

It’s a long shot, but one of a few different options that could play out

That process happens if the House and Senate agree to nullify voted to the point that neither Trump or Biden reach 270 electoral votes. The House isn't going to nullify any electoral votes so it won't even get to the point where each state gets 1 vote in the house

I agree. I don’t think it will happen as things currently stand

But the option would never be there should some really explosive information become available between now and then.
