It is a Civics lesson in real time - we don't do the gun thing because we have legal processes. If they don't work, then we have guns. It usually keeps the corrupt people in line, except I don't think they remember the gun thing...? (I am in Michigan, and we have a Governor who literally violated our state constitution for seven months with ZERO consequences thus far.)

Hey at least the boogaloos tried.

Those guys were honeypot retards that used to post on the Q boards trying to recruit people to help them kidnap Democrats. And we absolutely ridiculed them every time.

Real Q supporters aren’t vigilantes. Well, I guess there was allegedly one guy who killed a real organized crime boss. I don’t think there’s any other reports of actual violence from them.

Scroon 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah, the whole gist of Q was that white hats were handling shit but stay informed.

I think it's pretty telling that Q's been silent recently. You'd think that a LARP would be milking the situation for additional hype.

The first thing it says is "We are researchers who battle in the sphere of ideas . . . we neither need nor condone violence"

Michigan pede here too! She, Benson, and Nessel need to be removed and charged with Treason. Then held accountable accordingly.

Stay strong fren.

@RSBN: What we have here, fellow citizens, is a contested election.

Our nation's founders were legitimately brilliant. It's insane to see the fail-safes implemented in the constitution actually working out to prevent a foreign takeover.

Not only that but hundreds of years after the fact. Their smart brains span centuries

They studied the shit out of what went both right and wrong with various empires and Countries throughout history. They took what worked and tweaked what didn't but their main drive was to ensure that no single branch could fuck the others, as that had been the downfall of many of States. It's crazy to read up on how many geniuses and spines they had in the original group of Founding fathers.

The worst case scenario, in my opinion, is Trump becoming president but losing the momentum to declare the insurrection act, or the 2018 EO, and being hampered by alphabet organizations that won't investigate the historic fraud and its perpetrators.

Yes, this is the only way forward.

If he doesn't do it now, he needs to do it on the 6th at the latest.

"Blue states" will be in for a rude awakening when they try to secede and have most of the state secede from them to join America.

Will make for a good trade deal: we can import a metric shitton of salt.

Where do I sign up for that?! I’m stuck in a blue state and can’t get my family to agree to move (we don’t know where we’d go yet), so I would love to see this happen (if there is succession).

IF the legislatures do this and do it in all 6 of the contested states, then awesome.

But all these stupid threads about GOP electors are retarded. The electors need to be CERTIFIED, and every state in question already certified Biden electors.

So the only way GOP electors matters is IF THE FUCKING LEGISLATURES OF THOSE STATES DECERTIFY BIDEN ELECTORS AND CERTIFY GOP ONES

Can they do this retroactively? yes, in theory they can. Any time until jan 6, when the votes are read, and its final.

14
pepperconchobhar 14 points ago +14 / -0

No, they don't have to decertify shit.

This isn't the first time this has happened. The Governor of Hawaii certified electors and the legislature certified their own in 1960. It was decided when they got to DC. That's what gave the election to JFK.

3
KAG4EVRodysseus11 3 points ago +4 / -1

GREAT find Pede, do you have any links to that situation to reference?

kinda semantics as to whether the legislature decertifies the already certified slate, whats the difference. They can do both in the same resolution, which would need to pass both houses, I assume.

1
VolareVia 1 point ago +2 / -1

They either need to decertify Biden electors or certify Trump electors in all six contested states.

If they decertify Biden electors, then those EC votes will likely be excluded from the EC. Otherwise, the votes are as legitimate as Trump's non-certified electors (don't quote me on that).

If they certify Trump electors, then it's a real case of dueling electors, and whichever slate of electors has the support of the governor is likely to win per the 1876 act pertaining to this who's name I forget.

This is still all up in the air, but I have faith that Trump will find a way to win despite the absurdly bad odds.

4
VolareVia 4 points ago +4 / -0

HOLY SHIT. WHAT A LOVELY DAY!

This was the missing piece. If the Trump electors can be be retroactively certified, then their EC votes are as legitimate as the Biden electors and IT'S A REAL CASE OF DUELING ELECTORS!

4
Niburc 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is the only way forward in these states since the legislatures need to select electors per the constitution and not the electors themselves. Failing that the only recourse left are the current cases or the insurrection act.

3
clocker23 3 points ago +3 / -0

Plenary means absolute authority. The U.S. Constitution gives state legislatures plenary power to send Electors. No one else. Not the popular vote mechanism, not the secretaries of state, not the governors. The state legislatures.

I've been following this Maximus guy pretty closely over the last week or so. He's been wrong about almost everything. Can we get something from a reliable source?
