Hijacking. As far as I know. The VP can only reject. Not magic up new ones. The legislatures have to send alternate ones now. So if they send both, the VP can reject the democrat slate if one congressman and one senator contests one of the slates. If they didn't send any and the VP rejects a slate, then it would have to go to the senate where 1 state = 1 vote because both candidates end up with less than 270. And then there's one senator per state with a republican majority in the senate. But that method would fail because of the RINOs. That's why it's important they send both.

Yes it goes to the house, which means every state gets 1 vote. 30 Republican state votes to 20 dem state votrs. TRUMP WINS! AS ALWAYS!

That's what I thought, but Please clarify...Does it go to the National house of Reps in DC or to each state's house of representatives. The closer to the people the better.
