The House doesn't get to decide on that. So long as there is one objector from each Chamber the VP can simply reject the electors and move on to the alternate electors.
Do you have a source for that? From my understanding, one member from each chamber has to object in which case the House and the Senate have two hours to talk it over then vote. Both the House and Senate have to vote against which then nullifies that particular state's electoral votes. The House isn't going to nullify any votes and most likely the cucks in the Senate won't either
