If the state legislature has the constitutional authority to select electors, and these legislatures have all sent GOP electors, isn't that it?
Who is sending the DNC electors to counter them? What is actually happening here?
It is now my understanding that the GOP electors are presenting themselves so that there may be an aggrieved party when other lawsuits are considered. There has to be a plaintiff with damages and these are for that purpose.
Well since the election was tried to be stolen... then those “official electors” are officially certified bullshit. We won. Our electors are the ones that matter as they are the realz.
I believe the governors have certified the Dem electors without the legislature being involved. Kinda by executive order. State legislatures are sending non-certified GOP electors. Legislators must choose electors. Governors certify. Hence the quandary. Governors certified non-chosen electors.
