If the state legislature has the constitutional authority to select electors, and these legislatures have all sent GOP electors, isn't that it?
Who is sending the DNC electors to counter them? What is actually happening here?

It is now my understanding that the GOP electors are presenting themselves so that there may be an aggrieved party when other lawsuits are considered. There has to be a plaintiff with damages and these are for that purpose.
