It means a lot less than people on here want it to mean.

As per existing legislation, the electoral votes aren't valid and should not be counted.

As per the constitution, they arguably are valid. They can arguably be counted.

This doesn't give a definitive yes/no on anything.

I think the only thing things cured electors accomplished is showing there is support for Trump in these States and not everyone believes in the legitimacy of the vote.
