This county isn't 1 that can produce trustable answers for people because of the destruction of documents, even if I can't prove they did destroy the fraudulent material, they can't say they have all election day related material preserved and thus a sample audit will give some idea as to what happened.

If they shredded the envelopes, then the number of ballots vs the number of envelopes won't match. Also, if they tried to make new envelopes with signatures, it would be impossible to forge signatures on tens of thousands of ballots where they would match well enough to pass an audit.
